The Brunei Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) distributed aid to underprivileged families in the Brunei-Muara District to mark Nisfu Sya’aban yesterday.
DPPMB Vice President I Haji Abdul Saman bin Haji Ahmad distributed basic necessities and money to 35 individuals at the chamber’s office.
The donation was collected from the Jalinan Ikatan Kasih Project, conducted by the chamber in collaboration with the Prihatin group and Amal Impian Cahaya.
DPPMB Vice President of Welfare Mohd Azid bin Haji Mohd Sambas said the event served as a platform to strengthen ties in welfare activities and thanked the donors for their contributions. – Lyna Mohamad
