The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony to commemorate 10 years of the Ash-Shaliheen Mosque, held at the mosque at the PMO’s Building Complex yesterday.
Minister of Religious Affairs Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman and Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof were the guests of honour.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Yaasiin and Tahlil, followed by the recitation of Doa to commemorate 10 years of Ash-Shaliheen Mosque led by Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Mohammad Izzat Izzuddin bin Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Emran.
The ceremony ended with mass Asar prayer.
Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, heads of departments as well as personnel from the PMO and the MoRA were also present.
