Sayyidina Hussain Secondary School celebrated World Book and Copyrights at its premises recently.
Among the activities lined up for the event were a drama sketch on the legend of Bukit Patoi Tausyeh ‘Ya Badratim’ and a poem titled Palestine Itu Jauh Dari Kita. There was also a poster making competition for Years 7 and 8 students themed ‘Amalkan Budaya Membaca’ and for Years 9, 10 and 11 students themed ‘Before Corona, After Corona’.
The celebration also featured a book fair, organised by a number of government agencies and private companies.
