A blood donation campaign was organised yesterday by the Department of Youth and Sports Temburong branch, in cooperation with the Blood Donation Centre, Department of Laboratory Services, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, the Ministry of Health.
The campaign will continue in other districts as part of the activities lined up for the National Youth Day Celebration Festival 2022.
The campaign aims to raise awareness on the importance of donating blood to save lives and replenish the reserves at the Blood Donation Centre.
It also aims to unite the community in all social aspects through charitable practices.
The next campaign will be held on November 3 and 5 at the Kampong Pandan Community Hall, Belait District.
