His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office yesterday called on the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA), especially Institut Tahfiz Al-Quran Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (ITQSHHB) and other Islamic studies and private institutions, to continue incentive programmes (halaqah) to heighten Al-Quran recitation, memorisation and tadabbur skills.
