Call for traffic controllers at public primary schools

I would like to call on the authorities to consider mandating all public primary schools to assign traffic controllers at their premises to ensure the safety of the children.

As a mother of two, I am perpetually worried that they would be met with an accident due to the way the school grounds are structured.

There are too many blind spots along the roads, and no zebra crossings to allow children a safe passage.

Parents are forced to get to the school before their children are out, to be physically there to guide their kids back to the car.

However, not all parents have the luxury of doing so, especially those working in the private sector. Thus, it would be good to see the authorities take the initiative to ensure our children’s safety.
