I would like to call on the authorities to spruce up a public building in Belait District that has been neglected for over a year.
Due to the lack of maintenance works, the premises are now filled with rubbish and half-eaten food, thus attracting rodents and stray animals to the area.
Not only is it unhygienic to visitors as well as passers-by, the sight also depicts our beloved town as a dumping ground instead of a place we pride for cleanliness.
