Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar yesterday urged local businesses to download the PremiseScan application to facilitate the QR code scanning, especially for those who do not have access to mobile phone devices to enter the premises.
As of yesterday, 5,020 business premises have downloaded the PremiseScan application.
Meanwhile, on the updates of BruHealth registration, he said, “A total of 386,936 individuals have registered to the BruHealth application. Additionally, 9,371 companies and premises have registered for the BruHealth application.”
Public cooperation in the use of the BruHealth app and the scanning of the QR code at the entry and exit points at premises will help ensure the safety of all, including merchants and customers, and at the same time, facilitate the Ministry of Health in conducting contact tracing in the event of an outbreak.
“Let us keep reminding each other on this matter,” Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham said.
