Three Bruneians recently participated in the Hoka Ultra Trail Mont Blanc (UTMB) series, the largest and most renowned trail-running event globally.
Zainal Azim bin Haji Zainal Abidin and Joan Sing Ngah Hii competed in the 57-kilometre race which involved the 3,500-metre climb while Wen Ren Lee joined the UTMB 176-kilometre race with a 9,900-metre climb.
They successfully completed the challenge in France, which began on August 26 until September 1. – Rokiah Mahmud
