Brunei records no new COVID-19 case

Brunei reported no new COVID-19 case yesterday, keeping the national tally of COVID-19 cases at 151, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in a press release.

One active case is being treated at the National Isolation Centre (NIC) in Tutong.

Meanwhile, the Sultanate yesterday record 213 days without local transmissions.

Four hundred and ninety-nine individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation at government monitoring centres after returning from abroad, while 8,928 individuals have completed their stint since March.

The MoH has taken 126 samples for SARS-CoV-2 virus over the past 24 hours, with 78,119 tests conducted since January.
