The Brunei Darussalam Golf Association (BDGA) will be sending two players to the Asian Development Tour (ADT) tournament in Gunung Guelis, Bogor, Indonesia from August 16 to 19.
The two are Mohammad Qawim Fakhri bin Haji Aslimon (Professional) and Awangku Muhd Syakir bin Pengiran Haji Alli (Amateur).
The trip is part of BDGA’s efforts to expose local players to international, high-level golf competition, and this case, the Asian Tour’s ADT.
Following their participation in the previous 3M Open qualifier event in Pattaya, Thailand, from June 29 to July 1, BDGA hopes the athletes will continue to develop their confidence and competitiveness. Some 144 golfers are expected to participate in the tournament.
