NBT Brunei Sdn Bhd’s After-Sales Department yesterday announced its mobile app NBT Connect, designed to make automotive servicing more convenient.
Customers can now manage their servicing needs and requirements, from scheduling a booking to the completion of their service, by using NBT Connect.
NBT Managing Director Haji Ahmad Omar bin Pehin Dato Haji Husin said, “By introducing NBT Connect, we hope to enhance customers’ Toyota and Lexus ownership experience through continuous innovation and digitalisation.
“NBT Connect will keep customers informed through real-time notifications on the status of their vehicles being serviced or repaired.”
The app is available on the App Store and Google PlayStore.
