Bringing awareness to digitalised services

Lyna Mohamad

Takaful Brunei is currently participating in the Brunei Mid-Year Conference and Exhibition 2022 (Brunei MYCE 2022) Digital Technology Week to promote the use of its Takaful Brunei Mobile app.

Takaful Brunei hopes that the Digital Technology Week can bring awareness to the benefits of digitalised services, contributing to commercial and economic growth and celebrating digital innovation by rewarding customers who download and register at the booth a chance to win gadgets, vouchers and other prizes.

Currently, almost 50,000 active users are on the mobile app, Takaful Brunei Mobile. With the app providing benefits ranging from instant quotations, online payments, exclusive discounts and customer reward points, the development of Takaful Brunei Mobile proves that mobile applications can provide efficient automated services and enhance customer experience.

Earlier this year, Takaful Brunei launched a new feature on Takaful Brunei Mobile for new participation in TBA’s Motor Takaful, developed to make participating in TBA’s Motor Takaful easier and assist in transitioning to a fully digital platform for takaful needs.

Customers can switch from their current car insurance or takaful provider to TBA’s Motor Takaful and enjoy comprehensive coverages with discounts all through the app.

TBA’s Musafir (Travel) Takaful with COVID-19 coverage, which currently provides competitive rates for outbound travelers, is also in high demand.

Customers have the choice of participating in per-trip coverages or an annual package within ASEAN or Worldwide regions with the TBA’s Musafir (Travel) Takaful annual package.
