The application for the Technical and Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme (BPTV) for the academic session 2021/2022 is now open to eligible local ‘O’ level school leavers to pursue higher education at local private higher institutions.
The BPTV scheme is one of the projects under the 11th National Development Plan (RKN-11) offered by the Government of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam to fulfil the increasing demand for technical and vocational education in the country.
The public, especially ‘O’ level school leavers who meet the set requirements, are welcomed to apply for the BPTV Scholarship Scheme, according to a press release.
Surat Pemberitahuan, with reference 1/2021 and the BPTV Scheme (BPTV/A) application form, can be downloaded from the Ministry of Education (MoE) website at www.moe.gov.bn.
The completed forms and required documents must be submitted through the procedures set up by the Department of Scholarship Management under the MoE no later than June 30 at 4pm.
