This letter is to thank the staff of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital.
I missed my morning appointment at the Eye Clinic in RIPAS Hospital recently.
I only realised I had an appointment and rushed in the afternoon. To my surprise, I was not given any word of disapproval of my forgetfulness.
The counter immediately set an appointment for that very afternoon. That was VIP treatment for a nondescript.
