THE staff and students of Panaga School recently held a ‘Books for Brunei’ drive for the Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Mohd Yusof Primary School (SRPSNPMY) in Seria, to raise more awareness on the importance of reading.
Apart from donating books, a new reading area was also set up at SRPSNYPMY, with the funds from the sales of lemonade and popcorn during the Panaga School Tournament, earlier this year.
In line with Panaga School’s sustainability campaign across all its campuses, the students helped to support the drive by selling reusable wraps made out of beeswax and cloth.
