‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ sing-along versions coming to theatres

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Bohemian Rhapsody will give moviegoers an opportunity to rock out with the film.

Twentieth Century Fox announced last Wednesday that the Golden Globe-winning Queen biopic will be released as a sing-along in over 750 theatres in North America today.

The film includes some of the band’s most popular songs such as We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions.

The film is also being expanded from 1,000 theatres to over 1,300. It has grossed over USD734 million worldwide.

The expansion comes days after Bohemian Rhapsody won the Golden Globe for best film drama. Rami Malek took home a Globe for best actor for his portrayal of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

Last year, Fox held sing-along versions for The Greatest Showman.
