Baden Powell (BP) Guild held a beach cleaning campaign yesterday as part of the International Coastal Cleanup Day.
The clean-up was held at the beachfront next to Silver Jubilee Recreational Park in Kuala Belait, where students from Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam and Politeknik Brunei came together to collect trash from the shore.
BP Guild head coordinator Beelie bin Tengah highlighted the campaign aims to promote a culture of cleanliness in the environment. – Daniel Lim
