The Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) will be closed today, tomorrow and March 27 in conjunction with the start of the month of Ramadhan, including BDCB’s Currency Gallery and Gift Shop, BDCB Coin Deposit Machine, Credit Bureau, Financial Consumer Complaints and Unclaimed Balance service counters.
The Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) System and the Automated Clearing House (ACH) System will also be closed.
Meanwhile, BDCB’s operating hours during Ramadhan are Mondays to Thursdays from 8am to 3pm and 8am to noon on Friday for BDCB office; 8.30am to noon from Monday to Thursday for BDCB Gift Shop; and 8.30am to noon from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 10.30am on Friday for BDCB Currency Gallery.
The BDCB Gift Shop will be closed on Fridays.
The Credit Bureau Customer Service Counter, Financial Consumer Complaints Service Counter and Unclaimed Balance Service Counter will operate from 8.30am to 2pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 8.30am to 10.30am on Fridays. The BDCB Coin Deposit Machine will operate from 8.30am to 2pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 10am on Friday.
The operational hours for RTGS System are from 9am to 2pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 11am on Fridays, while ACH System will operate from 8.50am to 1.40pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 8.40am to 10.50am on Fridays.
