The Bengkurong Veteran Badminton Community (BVBC) has seen a steady rise to more than 60 members since it was established in 2013 when there were only a small number of individuals.

BVBC Owner Haji Mohd Alidin bin Haji Kura said this during a dinner reception at a restaurant in Gadong recently.

The owner also thanked all members for the continued support and cooperation in all activities, a local or an overseas friendly badminton match.

He expressed gratitude to members for carrying out BVBC activities and contributing to activities carried out by BVBC.

The event also coincided with a prize presentation to winners who succeeded the final stage of a badminton match in December organised by the BVBC.

The pair of Salleh and Minggat emerged winners of the ‘A’ Doubles category while the duo of Pengiran Julaihi and Roslan won the ‘B’ Doubles category. The BVBC owner presented the prizes.
