His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah received a courtesy call from Kelantan Deputy State Secretary (Development) Tengku Kaya Perkasa Dato’ Dr Tengku Mohamed Faziharudean bin Tengku Feissal and Director of State Development Mohd Roshdi bin Ismail at Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan yesterday.
Also in attendance was Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi.
