ASUS Computers is confident that it can penetrate stronger into the Brunei market as they note an increased interest among Bruneians in its high quality and latest tech products that appeal to all market segments.

The ASUS pavilion at the 23rd Consumer Fair at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas features the latest and updated range of computers, including its Republic of Gamers (ROG) ranges yesterday.

Speaking to the Sunday Bulletin, Country Manager of ASUS Malaysia Leo Tseng shared that part of the long-term marketing strategy is the expansion of their marketing reach and campaign from Malaysia to Bruneian users, as they strive to deliver good products with leading technology to every end user in the country.

“This is the reason why we are bringing in the latest and updated range of ASUS products into the Brunei market. We want to let every Brunei end user enjoy them and have the option to select ASUS apart from other brands.”

Leo said some of the new range of ASUS products launched simultaneously in Malaysia and Brunei are the new ROG Strix – the latest generation of gaming device and the new Vivo Book A412/512 – another new generation of mainstream notebooks.

He added that their appearance at the Consumer Fair and launch of new products in the country is just the beginning of their journey in building a strong market presence is Brunei, where some of the plans include more marketing channels and special offers.

Although the computer gaming range proves to be the most popular, Leo said their main goal is to let Bruneians know that their product range covers all users.

With the trend of computer gaming increasing here, he said the ROG range is already in the leading position. “Now, they can easily find these products in Brunei,” he said.

Representatives from CF King Enterprise, distributor of ASUS products in Brunei, led by Assistant General Manager Jassiline Yong were also present at the press briefing.

CF King Enterprise is displaying some of the ROG models alongside Zenbook and Vivobook Ultra units at their booth in the Musyawarah Hall during the 23rd Consumer Fair that concludes today.
