    Array of delicacies at sungkai buffet

    The Brunei Hotel’s YELO Cafe’s signature roast lamb leg will be featured daily as the live carvery item at the restaurant’s Ramadhan sungkai buffet that will run until April 8.

    Also featured on alternative days is chilli crab, subject to market availability. Brunei Hotel General Manager Andy Goh welcomed guests to break the fast with their buffet. The menu will change daily.

    This year’s menu features cucur sayur, chicken and beef satay, spring rolls and a soup course, such as soto ayam, as well as a pasta station. The main courses comprise beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and rice. – Lyna Mohamad
