By command of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, it is hereby announced that His Majesty has consented to the appointment of several Senior Officers.
Deputy Permanent Secretary (Municipal and District) at the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) Abdul Walid bin Haji Matassan, has been appointed as Permanent Secretary at the MoHA with duties and responsibilities in the area of Municipality and Districts.
Deputy Director of Internal Security Department at the Prime Minister’s Office Nor Hamidah binti Haji Hamidon has been appointed as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the MoHA with duties and responsibilities in the area of Security and Welfare.
Senior Special Duties Officer Haji Ahmad Nizam bin Dato Paduka Haji Ismail has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the MoHA with duties and responsibilities in the area of Laws, International and for Research.
The date of appointment for the said officers are effective from today, June 18, 2022.
