ISLAMABAD (XINHUA) – A five-day anti-polio campaign targetting over one million children began in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province yesterday, an official said.
Coordinator for polio eradication at the Emergency Operations Centre of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Abdul Basit told local media that anti-polio drops will be administered to more than one million children aged up to five to eradicate the crippling virus.
