Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd (BSM) confirmed another incident of a vehicle that drove off with a nozzle still attached, after refuelling from a filling station yesterday.
BSM informed that the incident was caused by an act of negligence.
The public is urged to follow the forecourt crew’s instruction and wait for them to notify that the refuelling has been completed before driving off.
BSM assured the public that the filling station remains safe and operational. The public can contact BSM Call Centre at 2244739 for inquiries.
Recently, another customer also drove off with a nozzle after refuelling from a filling station. The picture of the vehicle was circulated in social media. The incident was also caused by an act of negligence.
