Dart Logistics Sdn Bhd (Dart) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Megamas Training Company Sdn Bhd (Megamas) for a defensive driving programme for Dart drivers, at its headquarters in Jalan Pasar Gadong yesterday.
Dart Logistics Communications and Community Officer Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Ajeerah Firdausul Bulqiah and Megamas Deputy General Manager Haji Mahmud bin Haji Idris witnessed the signing between Dart Acting General Manager Siti Nor Syaahidah binti Haji Sahron and Megamas General Manager Michael Stringer.
“The goal is to equip Dart drivers with defensive driving and road safety skills. This is also a part of Dart’s mission to build a strong foundation for the Dart driver community and to pave the way in collaborating with the oil and gas industry,” Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Ajeerah Firdausul Bulqiah said.
The Dart Logistics Communications and Community Officer added that their doors are always open for employment opportunities, with emphasis on the importance of learning and upskilling for career development.
“By empowering the driver community, Dart drivers can serve as role models to individuals who are looking to make a change in their lives,” she said.
