The Rizqun Coffee House, in collaboration with Laksamana College of Business and the Embassy of Poland in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia launched the second edition of Polish cuisine themed ‘Polish Golden Autumn Food Festival’, last Wednesday.
Two Polish celebrity chefs, Marcin Budynek and Mariusz Olechno, with vast experience in their culinary skills showcased a cooking demonstration on how to prepare and cook Polish dishes, such as pierogi – one of Poland’s most famous dishes that comes with vegetable, chicken, potato or meat fillings.
Other signature dishes included sour rye soup with sausages, beetroot soup, roast duck with apples, beets and cranberry.
Ambassador of Poland to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam Dr Krzysztof Debnicki and spouse Ewa Gotz Debnicka, Abdul Razak Holdings Director Haji Suhaimei and spouse, Head of Mission Dominik Malek and Honorary Consul of Poland in Brunei Darussalam Bogusia Mischke also attended.
