His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah received a courtesy call from Kelantan Deputy State Secretary (Development) Tengku Kaya Perkasa Dato’ Dr Tengku Mohamed Faziharudean bin Tengku Feissal and Director of State Development Mohd Roshdi bin Ismail at Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan on Thursday.
