The Brunei Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) will continue to provide a platform to support the development of Malay entrepreneurs as well as other business associations in the country, with the aim of placing Brunei among the top 10 countries in terms of income per capita.

This was highlighted by DPPMB Vice President of Social and Welfare Ahanapi bin Haji Mahadi during the association’s annual Doa Kesyukuran ceremony held in conjunction with the 37th National Day celebration at the Royal Brunei Golf Club on Wednesday night.

Permanent Secretary (Administration, Finance and Estate) at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud and 60 DPPMB members attended the event.

The Doa Kesyukuran was led by Imam Syu’aib bin Haji Abdullah. A poetry recital was also featured, read by Haji Abdul Rahman bin Mohd Yusof.
