In support of the Deaf Awareness week, Dart Logistics Sdn Bhd drivers and staff attended a sign language class conducted by the National Associaation for the Hearing-Impaired (OKP) yesterday at the OKP headquarters.
The class was taught by Chief Executive Facilitator and Interpreter of Jari-Jari Ku Dr Hajah Norbayah Haji Shahminan and members of the OKP.
The participants are taught the basics of sign language and the ways to communicate with the deaf and mute community.
At the end of the class, attendees were given a quick exam to test their knowledge learnt in the class.
