Five families in the Belait District received a donation of basic necessities from the Islamic Da’wah Centre’s (PDI) Fathul Barakah 5.0 project yesterday.
The donation is from a collection from the public over the last few weeks. The families also received guidebooks on religious obligations from the PDI.
Belait District Religious Affairs Office Head of Religious Officer Mohammad Aliyani bin Ismail handed over the donations.
The project, held in collaboration with the Muallaf Association, serves as a platform for the public to donate to underprivileged converts to help in preparing for Ramadhan. – Daniel Lim
