DES School held a staff outing during the school holidays at Serasa Beach recently.
The Pirate themed event was joined by teachers, assistant teachers and administrative and maintenance staff.
A host of activities were held to foster stronger bonds between the school staff. The day began with a Zumba followed by games such as whisper movement and dodgeball.
The event concluded with a raffle draw where staff were treated to prizes such as rice cookers and vacuum cleaners. The grand prize was a smart phone.
Meanwhile, the school also held a luncheon recently to award its long service- staff.
