734 undergoing mandatory self-isolation

Brunei Darussalam marked 15 days without new COVID-19 cases, and 231 days without any local transmissions, keeping the national tally of confirmed cases at 152.

There are also no active COVID-19 cases receiving treatment.

The Ministry of Health (MoH) has taken 251 samples for SARS-CoV-2 virus testing over the past 24 hours, and has conducted 81,908 tests since January, a release from the MoH stated.

A total of 734 individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation at government monitoring centres after arriving from abroad while 9,883 have completed their stint since March.

Healthinfo.gov.bn revealed there have been 117 cases in the Brunei-Muara District, 29 in the Belait District and six in the Tutong District.
