Some 67 blood donors comprising Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) officers and members of the public bled for a good cause during a blood donation campaign at the Kuala Belait Municipal Hall yesterday.
Organised by the FRD’s Operation Branch ‘B’ in the Belait District and the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital Blood Donation Centre, the campaign was held in conjunction with the FRD’s 64th anniversary celebration.
Operation Branch ‘B’ commanding officer SSFR Amirul Hadi bin Haji Junaidi oversaw the campaign and presented certificates to the participants. – Daniel Lim
