A TOTAL of 62 religious school teachers attended the Kaifiyat Wudhu dan Sembahyang Mazhab Shafi’e workshop at the multipurpose hall of the Pengiran Anak Puteri Muta-Wakkilah Hayatul Bolkiah Religious School in Serusop yesterday.
It was organised by the Amali Body Committee from the Anggerek Desa Religious School, Brunei IIA.
The guest of honour, Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Acting Ra’es Dr Haji Adanan bin Haji Basar, facilitated the workshop.
Also present were Anggerek Desa Religious School Headmistress Hajah Salamah binti Haji Matzin; Assistant Headmistress Masalizayati binti Madali, Amali Senior Educator and guests.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat prior to the start of the workshop, where the KUPU SB Acting Ra’es shared the proper methods for ablution and prayer in accordance with Mazhab Shafi’e.
The workshop ended with a question-and-answer session and certificate presentation.
The workshop aimed to shape responsible teachers for the benefit of the next generation.
