Fifty-seven students, teachers and staff of Bendahara Lama Primary School participated in a fire and evacuation exercise at the school premises recently.
The training aimed to prepare students and staff to better respond during a fire incident.
The Public Relations Division of the Operation ‘D’ Branch of the Fire and Rescue Department with personnel from Pelancaran Fire Station, facilitated the exercise.
The drill is conducted at least twice a year at the school.
