52 booths at university college’s open day

A total of 52 exhibition booths and vendors are taking part at the Religious Teachers’ University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB)’s open day which began yesterday.

The open day provided a platform for the public and students to obtain more information regarding the courses and programmes that were available. The open day will end on Sunday.

Exhibitions include a static exhibition by Royal Brunei Armed Forces, students co-curriculum exhibition, entrepreneurship expo, i-Usahawan talk, fire safety education, sports reflexology, writing curricula-vitae workshops, and cultural performances. Present at the event was Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar. In his remarks, the deputy minister said that KUPU SB’s open day will attract students interested in pursuing their studies there.

Meanwhile, Acting Assistant Ra’es Datin Dr Hajah Noor Hira binti Haji Noor Kaesh said the open day is an opportunity for the public and lecturers and officers of KUPU SB to interact and to learn more about academic and co-curricular activities at the university college.
