45 officers complete career progression course

A total of 45 officers completed the Intermediate Staff Course (ISC 22/2022) as they received their certificates during the closing ceremony held at the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) today.

The 14-week course which began on September 5 was targetted at mid-level officers’ career development progression as general staff officers. The course aimed to improve their professional skills, especially in the areas of leadership and management, strategic studies, communication and presentation and the Joint Operations Planning Phase at the tri-service level.

The course was attended by officers comprising 40 officers from the RBAF, one officer from the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and four military officers from the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Singapore, and the Kingdom of Thailand.
