A GROUP of 40 students from Micronet International College recently went to Batang Duri Camp in Temburong District.
The one-day programme titled Titik Teroka was organised by the Outward Bound Brunei Darussalam (OBBD) of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, taking the students of Micronet International College out of their comfort zones.
Upon arrival at the camp, students were greeted by a team of OBBD personnel and given briefings, followed by a division of students into three groups led by the OBBD personnel.
The students participated in numerous team-building activities which required effective communication and quick decision-making where each and every participant had to think critically to survive every obstacle given to them.
One of the highlights of the programme was when the students took flights of stairs to glide across the river via zip-line (Flying Fox).
Accompanying students to the Temburong District were staff members of Micronet International College.
