Brunei Darussalam recorded no new COVID-19 cases yesterday, keeping the national tally at 214.
Fourteen active cases are receiving treatment at the National Isolation Centre (NIC) in Tutong District.
According to the Ministry of Health (MoH), the Sultanate has had no local transmissions for 333 days.
A total of 472 individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation at government monitoring centres after returning from abroad, with 16,081 individuals having completed mandatory self-isolation at the monitoring centres.
Over the past 24 hours, 423 samples have been tested for the SARS-CoV-2 virus, bringing the total number of laboratory tests conducted since January 2020 to 115,503.
In the breakdown of individuals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine since the drive began on April 3, a total of 822 have been inoculated, with 536 from Brunei-Muara District, 129 from Belait District, 117 from Tutong District, and 40 from Temburong District.
Healthinfo.gov.bn revealed that there have been 179 cases in Brunei-Muara District, 29 in Belait District and six in Tutong District.
