Indera Motors Sdn Bhd joined the Society for Community Outreach and Training’s (SCOT) Social Kitchen programme to donate 250 meals to the needy in a Ramadhan charity drive recently.
As part of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) commitment, Indera Motors staff members gave their time to assist with the meal preparations in Kampong Kiulap.
The donation was led and presented by Project Leader Miza Syahmeena binti Mohammad.
The SCOT Social Kitchen initiative aims to provide home-cooked meals to disadvantaged communities across the country, with particular focus on single mothers.
This year, the programme aimed to distribute 6,500 meals to underprivileged families and individuals.
