The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) through the Community Development Department (JAPEM) in collaboration with Youth Volunteers carried out an ‘Illustration Challenge’ #voiceofyouth that was organised in conjunction with the World Children’s Day 2020 at the Youth Centre in the capital.

The Illustration Challenge #voiceofyouth was held to support UNICEF’s suggestion for individuals aged between 13 to 24 around the globe to share their creative illustrations in line with this year’s theme ‘Reimagine a better world’.

Some 30 youngsters joined the activities divided into four topics: reimagine a greener and more sustainable world; reimagine the future of well-being and mental health; reimagine the future of education and work; and reimagine a future without discrimination.

The illustrations will be uploaded to social media with the hashtags #UniversalChildrensDayBN #WorldChildrensDay.
