Guidelines for sending passengers at Brunei airport

The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications informed the public, especially those joining the BI 003 flight to London, United Kingdom (UK) on November 14 regarding the procedure of sending passengers to the Brunei International Airport.

Passengers, either travelling in groups or individually, are required to use the ‘drop-off’ procedure only. Students travelling to London are required to check in on November 13 between 7pm and 10pm as scheduled. Students are also advised to adhere to the advice given by the Ministry of Education on the departure procedures on the departure date the following day. Other passengers joining the flight are also encouraged to check in early.

The public using services at the airport are also required to comply with the regulations and directives issued by the Ministry of Health and practise social and physical distancing.

The public is also required to scan the QR code with the BruHealth app upon entering and exiting the airport. Members of the public and airport users are reminded to update their health status through the BruHealth app and comply with the requirements before entering and using the services and facilities at the airport.
