The health and safety of youth footballers at the ISCA 1.0 2020 programme will be a priority.
This was stated by Indera Sports Club (ISC) General Manager and ISCA 1.0 2020 Work Programme Committee Advisor Rosdin bin Haji Abdul Aziz during the recent coordination meeting of the programme which will be held in December.
The meeting discussed safety and standard operating procedures on health, programme management, medical preparation and participant registration.
He expressed confidence that the programme will be met with success especially in developing individuals to become complete, highly-skilled and quality players.
Meanwhile, the Head of ISC Youth Development Programme Roney bin Morni said the response has been very encouraging since online registration opened. He added that the programme is another milestone of ISC’s progress in shaping development from the grassroots and youth levels.
The Indera Sports Club Academy (ISCA) programme serves as a platform which can introduce, develop and advance the development of children under the age of 12 and youth between 14 and 18 in football.
The programme is one of the main focusses in the Youth Development Programme of the ISC in the next three to five years.
