Thai nationals residing in the Sultanate released decorated floating baskets down the Brunei River, from Damuan Recreational Park to mark Loy Krathong on Saturday night.

Loy Krathong is one of the most significant festivals in Thailand that sees people gathering at lakes, rivers and canals to release lotus-shaped rafts, decorated with candles, incense and flowers as a means of paying respect. – PHOTOS: JEFFREY WONG
