The Embassy of the United States (US) in Brunei Darussalam announced that the third annual Indo-Pacific Business Forum will be held virtually on October 28–29.
The Indo-Pacific Business Forum is the premier US-sponsored business event for the Indo-Pacific region in 2020. It highlights the benefits of partnering with the dynamic US private sector and the importance of high standard development, transparency, and the rule of law. The forum will feature US Indo-Pacific programmes and achievements in energy and infrastructure, the digital economy, market connectivity, as well as health and economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
US Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Emily M Fleckner will attend the Indo-Pacific Business Forum virtually. She encourages business leaders to participate in this year’s forum. Participants will be able to hear from leading experts about the latest in financing mechanisms and potential investment opportunities in the growing Indo-Pacific region. Last year, the Indo-Pacific Business Forum saw representation from three Bruneian organisations: Brunei Economic Development Board, Darussalam Enterprise, and Royal Brunei Technical Services.
All Bruneian business are welcome to attend the virtual event for free. Interested individuals should register at indopacificbusinessforum.com.
