School launches business project

Menglait Secondary School recently launched a ‘Gemilang Aesthetics’ project as part of its pre-vocational programme to help students in their venture into business.

School Principal Osman bin Rajap officiated the launch in the presence of parents, officers from the Academic Unit of the Department of Schools and the Special Education Unit under the Ministry of Education (MoE).

The project was led by Syazwani binti Salim, a student from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) under the Community Outreach Programme, said the school in a statement, adding that “two students with autistic spectrum disorder – Hazirah Razanah binti Bahrin and Lee Danial Rumman bin Harris Victor Lee – joined the project by helping in the designing of a colouring book and sticker, which is now available for purchase on Instagram @gemilang.aesthetics.”
