The Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications issued a procedure for sending passengers off at the Brunei International Airport for flight BI003 to London, United Kingdom on October 3 and 10.
DCA advised all passengers on the flight, either travelling in groups or individually, to use the ‘drop-off’ procedure only. Passengers are also required to check-in a day earlier before their flight. Students who are travelling to London are allowed to check in from 7pm to 10pm.
They are also advised to adhere to the advice given by the Ministry of Education on the departure procedures on the departure date the following day, a statement from DCA said.
Members of the public who use the services at the airport are also required to comply with the regulations and directives issued by the Ministry of Health and to carry out social responsibilities in implementing preventive measures including physical distancing.
Members of the public and airport users are required to use the BruHealth application and to scan the QR code every time they enter and exit the airport.
