The Lions Club of Belait held its annual Signature Vision Project with eye sight checks for students of Chung Hwa School in Labi on Tuesday, in conjunction with World Sight Day.

Originally initiated as part of the Sight First Campaign of the Lions Club International Foundation in 2000, the project is held annually by the Lions Club of Belait.

Joseph Teo led the team to a rural area in Belait, where the school is located, to perform the vision tests.

Twelve students were tested, three of whom require prescription spectacles that will be sponsored by Visioncare.
